The last thing I remember is drinking a fruit cocktail mixed by my dear brother Averell. Where is he; is he still living; is he still my brother?
A group of penguins (?), doctors (?), ghosts (?)  have gathered around my bed (bed?); they look very happy and kiss each other …. why?

I want to be at home, I want to embrace my beloved wife, hold her.
